Payment
1. How do payments work?
There are two payment models:
- One-time payment: You pay the price displayed in the shop as a single payment
- Subscription: You pay an installation fee plus monthly recurring payments
All payments are processed through PayPal
2. When is the purchase completed?
Your purchase is legally completed when you place your order and make payment in our webshop.
Cancellation & Termination
1. Can I cancel a purchase or terminate services?
Cancellation: Yes, you can cancel your order within 14 days of purchase (right of withdrawal).
Termination: Termination is only possible for the ongoing monthly fees of subscription products (1-month notice period). For one-time purchased products, termination is not possible after the 14-day cancellation period expires.
